#News | Idris Elba covers British GQ Mag
Idris Elba looks dangerously cool on the cover of British GQ magazine, sporting a striped shirt, jeans, and a leather jacket.

Inside the magazine, Elba  addresses rumors that he would be the next James Bond on screen saying that " I would do it, but I don't want to be called the first Black James Bond. Do you understand what I'm saying? Sean Connery wasn't the Scottish James Bond and Daniel Craig wasn't the blue-eyed James Bond. So if I played him, I don't want to be called the Black James Bond." As it reads on the cover, Elba proudly celebrates his uniqueness and states: "I am not the next anything, I am the first me."  Surprisingly, he seems to also feel a little insecure about his sexiness, ‘The irony is I wake up every morning, look at myself in the mirror and think, “Woah, I look like a piece of sh*t” says one of People magazine's "Sexiest Men Alive."

On his feelings about being on the cover of British GQ, Elba enthuses "Come on man! Not to sound like a fan but to be on the front cover is a f*****g goal in the 90th minute, you know what I mean? It's like having a bust left foot, a broken right foot, getting dragged out of the penalty box and still scoring. That's how big that moment is for me.
